1957 dime question

Recently bought a "1957 FB MS-67" Dime off ebay. It said it was graded by the Gallery Grading Company, which I have never heard of so I'm a little skeptical about it. I can probably already guess that it isn't a true MS-67 unless PCGS or NGC says so, but what do you guys think is the value of this dime, even if its not quite MS-67?

When I get the coin I'll put up better pictures if the debate is still going on. Thanks for any input/ideas/suggestions.

well my two cents would be if something is advertised as fb i would want to see the reverse. and the value of $2150, are we missing a decimal point?
still not a bad price if it is in the ms 64-65 range. but like i said that is just my opinion. because can you really trust opinions of people who grew up in a state where the sun never sets and we wear moose nuggets a jewelry?

last frontier laughs,

michael

Well--I say you might get a coin for your set but it is NO way graded that...if you can post better photos of both sides it would help.

if the coin was valued at $2150 do you really think he would sell it for $6.50?you are lucky if it is AU. the shipping($4.75) plus $1.95 Shipping insurance is outright robbery.
stay away from bottom feeding grading and anyone who sells them.

I agree with the others. Lack luster pictures, no reverse. "Valued at $XXXX" is always a big red flag too.

Thanks for the input guys. In retrospect I pretty much agree with you, I found this coin when it had like 3 minutes left and it was at 1.80, so I did some fast looking around the net and decided it was worth at least a 6-8 bucks. Didn't notice the required shipping insurance when I bid but I did note the $4.75....ridiculous. I bet I could resell that coin on ebay for more....
