Nice Morgans. The 1889 CC alone might bring you close to $750.00 at auction. The 1899 is probably 63/64.

I don't know if you would get $1,000 for both.
The first morgan, looks kinda weird, there is either wear above the ear, on the hair, or there is a chunk of metal gone, so it might not grade, it might grade AU58, or if you could supply better pictures it could grade at MS63/64, as there are very few contact marks on the fields and the cheeks.
The CC morgan might grade at VG-F details, as it has been cleaned
Here is a VG8 that sold at heritage 2 months ago
http://coins.ha.com/common/view_item..._No=8905#photo

Yours seems to have a little more detail, so maybe a VG10-F12-Details cleaned.
So it might net a little under $1,000, maybe around $625-$750 range

Tmoney, even with these pics, I would say the 1899 is a solid 63 at worst.

Something about the hair over the ear, that doesn't seem right.

I can identify the area I believe you are referring to, I don't believe that is any circulation wear/damage

It is just like a big gap, the hair starts...GAP...Then there the hair goes again.
I don't know, it looks like a MS64, BUT I'd like to see other pictures, to be able to identify that spot a little better
