The ring has been in my family for about 43 years and i have tried to find it online but with no success. The weight of the ring is 8.3 im not sure if the coin is 18ct or 22ct. EDITED - not a good idea to post ones personal email address on an open forum. If it's dated 1963 then it's not a coin but a token of some kind (the Kennedy Half Dollar didn't start production until 1964). A large number of souvenir coins of date 1961-1963 of different types were sold after his assassination by non mint sources. Nice keepsake.
