I see the coin in a slab (possibly older PCGS) so lets assume it is not whizzed. That means we are seeing luster all over the coin. The luster would be broken if that were wear on the high points. Therefore, let’s assume it is weak strike & not wear. With all these assumptions, the coin in the photo might be MS63. It’s just a guess. IMO, if that's wear on the eagles breast I'll go with AU 50. It's a very nice coin with great color.
