Is there a site that lists these? Where can I find LARGE pictures of each coin? Pics are there too Standing Liberty Quarter __________________ knowledge ..... share it   11-13-2003, 10:12 PM   #3 (permalink) WorkingMan Junior Member     Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: SE Michigan Posts: 6 To my knowledge, there are 2 ways to tell the difference between a 1916 and a 1917 Ty.1 SLQ : 1) On a 1916, Liberty's head goes right into the edge beading -- on a 1917 it is just below it. 2) The bottom dress folds are slightly different between the two dates.
