Ok, so Web Notes have been discussed on the forum before, but for those who dont know, or need a refresher,
here is a cool link with some info, as well as
this site.
This Beauty is a tool i use all the time. In fact, i copied down the entire thing into my excell spreadsheet. I use that excell book to notate each and every web i get, and helps me keep track of all the different front/back plate numbers as well as rarity. Its an awsoem tool, and one i highly reccomend bookmarking if you like to collect web notes!
I have 100 or so web notes in total, and around 50 different block, run, and plate number combos. For anyone to complete the 'impossible' and collect 1 of every series date, blocks, print runs, and plate combos, there are 244 total notes.

With that number in mind, my 50 doesnt seem like much lol
I have been on a little buying spree lately with web notes. I have bought several 1988-A's as they were the first to be printed, and hence, most folks didnt learn about them until alot of the were gone. This makes most 1988-A's pretty rare. In fact, most (if not all) of the top 50 rare web notes ARE the 1988-A series notes.
Collecting Web notes is kind of an aquired taste i think lol not alot of folks collect them, and if they do, they only grab 1 from each series. I know i will never collect a full set, but i will have fun filling in as many holes as i possible can.
Up until now, my most rare web was a note that only had 11-20 known. It is in average circulated condition, but still cost a hefty sum... at least for me
For those cought off guard by my mention of 'Up Until Now...'

i will tel you this. While my most rare note was that 1 note with only 11-20 known to exist. My newest Web note addition is a close 2nd in rarity... Possibly even becoming my most rare note!
If the seller is telling the truth, the web note i just bought is the finest graded web note graded by PMG for the 1988-A series. The seller claims the population of this note is 1/0. meaning it is the only note graded that grade, with NONE higher
While i do not know if his claims are true, i dont much care lol if they are true.. BONUS!
So.. here it is... a 1988-A Chicago G-P graded by PMG at Superb Gem UNC 67 EPQ. Front Plate #5, back plate #8.
obverse reverse
Its late, and i am dead tired, so im not sure if this note is now my highest graded note, but i think it is. I believe my old highest graded was a 66. But this is certainly my highest graded Web, and because of that, possibly my rarest
im so excited!!!
