It appears to be a bicentennial medal since it does not have a denomination or
In God We Trust, nor the word LIBERTY.

Try searching bicentennial medals or 1976 medals on here or eBay you should find some they are not uncommon.

These medals and quite a few other designs were struck starting in 1972 through 1976 by the American Revolution Bicentennial commission. They were struck with different designs, and in bronze, silver and even gold. The gold ones have some value as not many were made, but the others are fairly common.
