I needed a quick way of taking pictures of my collections , I own a panasonic PV-GS120. I set it up on a tripod went into menu screen and activated web cam option. plugged it in to the computer and configured it as a video feed and on the screen (computer) it has a option to take a still picture from the live video feed.
The only trouble I had is finding where it sent the pics to

. I did find it they are buried under a pile of folders

, so don't try looking for them in the camera even though it has the option to delete all pictures from camera they are not in the camera.
Here is where I found mine on 2 different computers I use:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\WIA\{6BDD1FC6-810F-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}\0000
this area with the big numbers string may vary
you may not find "application data" file it has the attributes set for "hidden" or setting for hidden folders turned off. I hope this help a few
people out , it really made it easier for me , instead of taking the chip going to walgreens putting it on a disk taking it home uploading ,editing, saving, and burning back to disk for record keeping in case a virus hits my computers again.
