They nickel and dime you with the credit you have with them for messing up something and then you have to repay shipping and taxes. But for most cases they don’t honor your credit and want to charge you the full price. It is going to have to be worked out through customs. The mint didn't make the problem with Indian Customs and Fedex should have SOME expertise in this. But if the coins go back to the US then they will refund your money, I'd think.
