George VI 1939 Canadian Cent Grade/Value

I found this little guy while cleaning up around the house yesterday. I know absolutly squat about Canadian money of any type. Of course I had to come here and ask the experts. Does anyone have any idea of its grade and value?

That info is good to know as I have one of those pennies too. It is one of my favourites in my little collection.
