all 1943 nickels have doubling due to a doubled master die... are there more specific diagnostics unique to the 3/2 variety.. preferrably somewhere else on the coin where the wishful optimism of seeing the die crack is less likely to influence your perception... especially in grades below EF where circulation takes away from the sharpness of detail..
