Who is it LOL

OK guy's been up for hours finishing cleaning some coins and now my brain has fried LOL I should know who this is but for the life of me I cant make head nor tail of the inscription Any ideas LOL

R : ORIENS AVG, Sol advancing left, raising right hand and holding globe in left. Captive seated in left field. Letter B in right field (2nd officina). XXI at exergue
