PCGS washington and kennedy errors

Does anyone know the value of these two coins?

The 1960 Proof quarter, FS-25-1960-801 is listed in the latest cherrypickers in PF-63 for $50 vs a normal at $6.
The other is basically a 'what the market will bear'. There is no regular price guide for it.
I am sure that someone will be along shortly with an idea of value.

P.S. Don't take the Cherrypicker's values too seriously, they value items high to very high at times.

Vol 2 is from Half dimes thru gold.
Vol 1 is available eslewhere.
