Question...are those reverse scratches/marks on the plastic or the coin itself? Some look like they're on the coin and some don't, but I can't quite tell.
They are not on the plastic but I think I will leave the rest of the story for you to figure out. That is part of trying to read pictures.
Where did everyone go? I am sure most have figured out that of the marks on the reverse are die cracks (and one or two scratches depending on how you count that line beginning at the E). I count 8 die cracks. I really doubt this die went much further. The obverse is nearly perfect less a couple hairlines. The reverse has that that scratch or I think this would have gone 67. So PCGS gave it a 66 and I think it is even a nice 66.
