Hello. This Spanish coin of 50 Pesetas is dated 1957 ( 58 ) . The number 58 is of course encrusted within the star on left of reverse. The different variety resides in the edge of the coin where it is written UNA- LIBRE-GRANDE , instead of UNA GRANDE LIBRE . Krause catalog considers this as a distinctive valuable variety. Could you please assist me in estimating the approximate value of this coin ? Thanks .. Charles
Congratulations. The variety with that edge inscription could well be worth €400 or so in MBC (muy bien conservado, about VF), assuming it is authentic. Here is a blog article in Spanish from three years ago: http://blognumismatico.com/2010/01/09/variante-una-libre-grande/ Christian
Greetings. This is the first congratulation in my Numismatics hobby ever. Thank you very much Christian. Charles
