I have this 1944 penny it has no mint mark. The M in America is broken on each side in the middle. I looked around for anything close but did not find nothing. Does anyone no of something like it or if it would make it worth anything?

They were removed during 1909, added back in 1918 and are still there today, 98 years later.

Hopefully one of you GURUS can help me. Im fairly new to coin collecting so bare with me. In the picture I have a 1946 wheatie that has a letter error in "liberty". My question is, Is this a confirmed error, and do I have something of value here?
Thank you sincerely for any time spent trying to help!

You need to add the very elusive 1966 DDR FS-801!

dustywallen looked at your list very informative. only one question noticed that on your 1955 P penny you have indicated NO VDB. I have overa dozen 1955, 1955D pennies and do not find any with the VDB unless it stands for something else

You asked a question to a member who hasn't been on CoinTalk since June 2015.. Look at the dates of the threads and click on the members names to see if they are actually still here.

The close AM is rare only on 1992-P and D, 1998-S, and 1999-S cents. Those are worth a LOT of money. They used a proof die by mistake. On 1998, 1999, and 2000 cents from Philadelphia, it's the WIDE AM that's the error from using a proof die. The 1998 is worth about $100 in MS-65, the 1999 about $450, and the 2000 about $45. Good luck!
