Looks like it has the luster for a 66 but I wonder how bad the scratch above Liberty is in hand and the slight break in luster in the right field . I'll go 66 but a 65 wouldn't surprise me .
And further proof! That spot is there in hand, but I really had to look for it with my loupe to see even a hint of it. If it were not for the spot, would any more of you voted 67? Regardless, there is nice luster, pretty much nick free, and a nice strike although minor noise on Abe's shoulder, it is really a pretty good strike. The scratches you see are on the slab despite my polishing. Maybe it is not the nicest 67 I have ever seen, but I can easily believe it is a 67.

Yeah.. I reserve 67, even with the n1 system for coins that at least approach the 'wow' factor. This one just didn't get the wow from my eye.
