It has a frosty luster which makes it hard to see and photograph. No problems with luster or nicks or spots. However, the strike leaves a bit to be desired, but all of the details are there. Most of the marks you see are planchet marks. Planchet marks are not nearly so visible as nicks, but they are still there. Yet somehow NGC managed to give this a 67. I am not sure I agree, but it is at least a nice 66.
Slowly but surely Irish2Ice is coming back to reality. ddoomm1 has re-re-rejoined the top ten. Columns are rank, name, average, and number of guesses. Wow...........and I'm dropping like a rock. But in all honesty, NGC should be ashamed to grade this 67. The luster could jump off the coin and slap you in the face, but the O and subsequent mayhem above it is not 67 material.
Dick , what is that on the top reverse ? I really can't see how it got a 67 with it . The obverse is a 67 but that reverse ?
