All I put on mine is the year and mm. I don't collect foreign coins so country doesn't matter to me, and I don't know what ASW is. It's really up to you what you put on them though.
Welcome to the forum! The info is your choice, and the ones you list are fine. Some other things I have seen people put on it: If it is a foreign coin, they often list the Krause # , or if a US variety, the FS# or other identifying catalog. If they bought it from a known dealer, they sometimes list the name and date for their record Many list the cost on the back using a code such as a letter of a phrase means a number D=1, E=2, S-3 R-4, etc. so they will know how much they paid for it if they decided to sell it later or heirs needed to know. When a person becomes proficient at grading they often put the grade with a color highlight designating if it is low for the grade , middle , or high grade. and many more. Jim
