I appreciate what you're trying to do, but in the end it just turns into a useless rant...if someone is too lazy to do something that obvious, they're going to be too lazy to read your post, or do a Google search, or go to a coin shop. Just take a deep breath, brother...
Anyone here watch a show called "The IT Crowd?" This reminds me of how they (IT support guys) answer the phone:
