I'm not sure if this is the right section for this, but it seemed the most general. I recently purchased a presale item on Ebay for the first time and it looks as though the item is not going to ship within 30 days after the purchase date, as required by the policy.
I assume the best course of action is to contact the seller to get a refund. If that doesn't work, would it be better to chargeback the purchase through the credit card company or to open a case? This is my first experience with this, so I would appreciate some direction from those of you who are familiar with this type of situation. Thank you.

If you want to do business on ebay you gotta be a stand up guy, if not then you get a terrible feedback score and buyers stay away from you. It's not rocket science, we all learned this stuff in grade school.
