I like the toning and i would say looks to be NT, as far as grade or value i have no idea?

Awesome coin -- definitely worth many multiples of what a normal SBA Proof would be worth. I would recommend submitting it to PCGS

BTW, if this is the coin you listed on eBay, might I recommend two things to you?
1.) Remove the $75 BIN price from your listing.
2.) Change the starting bid from $5 to $.99.
As I said, the 1980 proof SBA can be found, raw, for $2-$3.

IMHO, I would only possibly justify spending $75 on a toned SBA proof if it was slabbed.
