Yes, works great, the dozen or so coins in ANACS holders that I have, --all of them little white holders-- were correctly listed. They are actually a step ahead of NGC. I've got coins in older NGC slabs that don't show-up in their population reports, indicating to me they have coins out there they have lost track of. (Nope, they aren't counterfeit holders either)
I was researching the grading company NNC primarily selling on Ebay as Centles and found that they and several other grading companies was in a lawsuit with Ebay over policy. That may be the reason for the policy change. I have bought several NNC slab coins from Ebay all were over-graded and some were cleaned but the price I paid was based off the coin images not the grading. I usually remove them from the cases since they are not in my opinion graded as stated.
On a "$2500" coin, that just bumped seller fees from $60 or so to $250... I would say eBay might be trying to match "industry standard" for listing NGC/PCGS.
