Robec, this 1964 Kennedy proof of yours is just outstandingly sharp. That is the most detailed eagles head I have ever seen. Very lucky you for collecting it.

 

I searched for a couple of months for the ' clear S ' 1979 and 1981. I know that is a very short amount of time for many collectors but in my circumstances things weren't going to change much. I do not get to go to any shows or flea markets. Coin shops are almost non-existant in my area. Watch now where ten members prove me wrong.
Anyway, I'm glad I found these. The seller is reputable and so I believe him when he says the 1979-S is clear. What do you think? The 1981-S can't be disputed.

Robec was that a raw 1969 a few months ago? I sold somebody some beautiful toned halves a while back, but don't remember who. The obverse was awesome but there was some major ware on the rim.

I don't think so. I took those photos in 2007 as part of Toneddollars collection. They are still a part of his collection and have been in slabs the whole time.
