This coin should grade "F12" by current PCGS/NGC standards. I'd be very, very surprised if this one came back in a "VG10" holder. The only letter that's almost completely invisible on the bust's headband, which reads "LIBERTY", is the 'E', but you can still see a very small segment of it at the most northern portion of the letter's location.
