I would be conservative and say about MS65 because there are some blemishes but overall no matter who you are that's a great coin that I would'nt mind having in my collection.
What's going on with the forehead/temple area? Looks like a struck-thru and retained piece of metal or a die crack? It's hard to tell with that picture.
this could be a tricky one. I've see more than a few steel cents at 67 with spots like this before.. I think they may more readily form these in slabs than a copper cent... I'll go by details on this and say 66n1.
I am a bit late with this post, but this and http://www.cointalk.com/t194947/ will be closing tonight - soon!
Super strike and real nice luster. It is nearly mark free. Those lines on the reverse are die polishing lines. But then there are those spots. I have no idea if they were there or how much of a deduction they are. Without the spots, this is a solid 67/67+. With them, I would call it a 66. Whichever it was, NGC called it a 67 when they graded it.
The top 4 stayed the same while teh rest hopped around a bit. Shoewrecky reappears in the top 10. Top 10. I concur. That's always the challenge with these coins, and a prime example why relying on what the slab says can be a mistake as well as why we should all try to hone our grading skills.
