New 1940-s Jefferson Nickel RPM?

    So I was doing a little searching today looking through my Nickel Album when I came upon the below 1940-s Nickel.
    When I went to Wexlers Coins and Die Varities http://doubleddie.com/427901.html, they only list of having an RPM going S/S but this is E/E IMHO.
    Sorry for the image it kinda stinks..blown up through my USB microscope.
