I would first off sugest that you get your hands on a copy of the red book, as this will give you a good guide to what the coins are worth. Next step would be to determin condition, for this try gettting some good pics of both sides of each coin and but them up here so that thew guy's can have a look see and give there opinions.
Then you can decide the best way to proceed

One question---what do you mean all proof sets??....do you mean all the way back to 1936?
These are pretty much commom coins you listed above....
If you have a show coming up around you then that would be great---but remember you are going to get alittle less than you might on ebay---but a dealer has to make a proffit too.
If you are dead set to sell them and want them all sold---find a dealer near you (if you want to tell a town near you we can help find a dealer) and take them too him---DO NOT tell him you don't know anything about coins---first post a complete list here and we will give a guess at the value----ask him what he would offer....if it is low just say thanks and walk out...

I think Speedy was wondering what YEARS of proof sets do you have? Your original post said you have "all proof sets." Does that means you have every proof set ever made? They date back to 1936.

Nope---proof is a way a coin is made---they are made with special dies---struck 2-3 times each...whereas normal coins are struck once.

I'll try to look up a dealer in that area later on....

A post in the open forum can have as many coins as you want....or as few.

Riggs,
Harry Garrison is located in yardville NJ, which I believe is about 50-60 miles from Wayne. I know it is a long drive, but Harry is an honest dealer. He offers free appraisals, and may offer to buy your stuff. Here is his website:
