1999 $1 bills

I know at least one person is going to say "no", but are 1999 $1 bills scarce in any form? I see more 1995 than 1999.
Another Stupid question, brought to you by Chris.

i think saying 'hard to find' is a huge understatement... although i did find 63B star note last week. I only have 1 1969D note, all the other 1969 series i am missing them all I have searched Ebay from time to time to see if anyone out there is selling a series set for them early FRNs.... no luck yet

I just started collecting all the districts of each series a year or so ago as a way to just keep busy, its fun for the most part. I have most of all the districts from 95 on... very few before that. I also have very few of the Web-fed notes....
