193X Cent

What might cause this? It appears the last digit in the date is broken apart (possibly a 4, 5 or 6). It doesn't appear to be gouged.

Possible, but 6 is more rounded. Damaged for sure, but hot sure how. The "grain" of the coin continues through the "broken" area. Left side looks too straight to be a 6, but it was one of my guesses.

Definately not a '34. check the legs of the 9 and 3 and there doesn't appear to be the top bar of the #5. my only conclusion is 1936. I could be wrong.

Probably 1936 - The top right side right next to the straight line going down to the left looks like where the 6 would originate (although little more looks like a 6), but still not sure what happened to it... Thanks for your posts!
