Here's a 1898 morgan dollar pitted die i just bought from my dealer. This is a vam i don't know what vam anybody know what vam this is. My dealer didn't know what vam it was. Melvin
It could be the VAM-8. Date position looks the same and is slanted with the "1" nearest the denticles. Look to see if the "1" is doubled on the bottom side of the upper crossbar. Chris
Thanks mad outcast for that site,Yes i made a mistake on the reverse when i posted it it's a 1898 instead of a 1895 sorry
And the obverse pics look just like vette1986's off eBay. Also, don't believe there is a pitted VAM listed for the 1898 P.

Raider your right about the Obv! but 90% sure the Rev is one a troll had stolen the photo & re-posted before
Well, you did say the obverse was an 1885, and I assume that you meant to say "reverse", but you're right about his other remarks. They are totally inapporpriate. He must be a little league baseball dad. Chris
enough. this thread amounts to little more than trolling. DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS! If jazzcoins comes back, just report it and he will be removed again, but stop replying to his posts!
