Looks pretty legit to me,I collect bills,edited It is a 1862 Richmond confederate issue bill,pretty common.it is the second design.with no white smoke coming out of the smoke stack of the train,in the condition it is in,it should retail for around in $45 in VG,editedI hope this helps,and you can also verify this information with others.edited
A good way to tell on these notes is the signatures (The Ink being used) Recreations Use a stamped signature which is very easy to detect!
