You sould upload a pic. I would also recommend starting a brand new thread once you have the picture.

probaly a grease filled die. looks like you may have a die crack also from the state outline to the rim.

I don't use the U-scan machines, they look like the next way to eliminate peoples jobs. They start it by making it more conveniant for shoppers. Once shoppers get used to using them, all the checkouts will be U-scan. That's my theory anyway! Speaking of machines, have you ever contacted coinstar to purchase their collected coins to search? I'm thinking about trying it.

alcochaser - if you need any more ikes let me know, one of my local banks has $1000 worth, i was going to get them to look for Ag, but i haven't had $1000 to float. and to all you kennedy searchers; i regularly go through rolls of halves and regrettably put back any proofs i find (unless they're Ag!), if anyone wants proofs that i find let me know, i'm only doing this for the silver. I've only been CRSing since 11.19.07 and so far through $6000 of halves:

5 walkers
5 franklins
31 64s

I think shipping for 1000 Ikes across country and insurance might be a tad prohibitive. ROFL
