Your coin is supposedly a Republic Year 3 (1914) Yuan depicting Yuan Shi Kai. All five varieties of that coin are 26.4g of .890 silver with a diameter of ~37-38mm.
There was a gold pattern with a bust of Yuan Shi Kai, but it was undated. Krause does not give its dimensions or weight, but for the denomination a .900 gold coin of that period should weigh about .833g, or 3.5 times the weight of yours.
