I think it is slightly off-center. Pretty common though, unless there was something else about it you wanted to know. ???

It would be better to call this a mis-aligned die than off-center.

 

It is probably just the blurry pic but I see doubling on "LIBERTY", "IN GOD WE TRUST" and the Date. Can you post another picture that is not blurry?
