The coin is a 1958 Washington MS65 (NGC) On the reverse there is a line coming out of the head of the eagle. Also do you like the coins coloring?

Position placement just doesn't jibe with a die crack.

If the line is incuse, there is a scratch on the die. Otherwise, the coin has been scratched.

The line comes out of the coin, not in as in the line is raised so def not a scratch what is it?

I agree. the coin was struck by a die with a minor die crack.

    Thanks,
