What are your thoughts On Norfed Dollars?

    they are medals at most i believe. Tokens even. Coins, i dont think so.

    Aside from that, i like the 'objects' :) i will even get one someday.

    I think the story behind their creation makes them interesting.
    Other than that, I consider them silver rounds.
    I did buy one for the novelty of its background.

    I got a NORFED too for fun, but yeah, just silver imo

    That is the positon of those 'in charge' yes. But not counting or using them as 'money' or trying to barter or enter into a trasaction with ...

    the 'rounds' do have some intriquing designs.

    I think they're fantastic and they go for a premium on eBay.

    I managed to pickup a copper $1 coin and a silver $5 and $10 coin from an alternate source. All are clearly marked "not to be used as legal tender", however it would be a novel idea to use "trade dollars" with real value.... you know, kind of like is says in the US constitution.

    But what do I know... I'm Canadian... ;)

    If i was a store owner, i'd totally accept them as money!
