    What you have is an AE3 bronze coin of The emperor Licinius II (317-320 AD) Minted at Antioch or Heraclia.Even though some of the inscription is missing,it reads DN VAL LICINIVS AVG on the obverse and IOVI CONSERVATORI on the reverse.Jupiter standing, head left, holding Victory & captive at feet, S to right, SMANT or SMHG mintmark in exergue.Wildwinds doesn't list one with your exact inscription so none of this is 100% certain but we can tell it's Licinius II because Licinius I didn't have this particular reverse,showing Jupiter holding Victory in his hands AND a captive at his feet.
    Probably only worth $5-15 in that condition.
