New coins (Roman provincial and Byzantine) should I clean?

I just picked up two new coins one of Comstans II and the other is a Anonymous Phrygian coin minted during the Roman period. The Phrygian is pretty rough, but at least it can be identified, I am not sure if I am going to try to clean it up a bit or not.
