I’m going to be in Geneva Switzerland next month. Are there any coins that I should look for? I'm not sure if I will find any coins shops but I will keep my eyes open. Thanks for any input!!

In circulation, take out all silver coins (before 1965) and 5 franc coins. They are worth a premium over face/bullion.

If you're staying w/relatives they'll be able to located coin shops via the Geneva phone book. Otherwise your cab driver, the hotel desk clerk or bus boy can help you locate coin shops.

If you find any pure Gold, Silver or Platinum coins, pack them up and send them to me. I'll hold them for you and naturally you'll never see them again. All kidding aside, why not just collect as many different coins as possible and send them back here to a relative or friend. Naturally the older the coin the better. Over there there may not be so many nutty coin collectors as here so there still may be some valuable ones in circulatioin.
