When a coin meets both, that is when you have some ambiguity with PCGS. NGC can have both the star and plus.

OK then.... The Peace dollar = $1914.00 The Franklin half dollar = $449.05 As previously mentioned, Peace dollars with colorful natural toning like this one has, go for big bucks usually. Had the same toning been on the obverse, I'd expect double or more.
