Small Motto 2 Cent Piece?

    I am hoping someone can either confirm whether or not this is actually a small motto 2-cent piece? Also, what grade would you give it? Thank you. 1864_2cent.jpg

    This is a small. I believe the "D" in God is one of the markers.
