Mine arrived today but it won't be going under the tree - not a good idea for any present when we have two ginger toms who are not the best of friends. I'll be opening as soon as I can and will post a picture. EDIT: I opened it and was pleased. Thanks to my SS. Unfortunately I could not get a picture as I am not used to using my camera in the poorly lit office in the evening so I will try later. I received four silver coins: 1937D German 2 reichsmark 1955S Dime 1945S Nickel 1899 Quarter
Quite in an agreement of sorts, old fellow, but I was thinking maybe we could relieve the multitude of having to wade through 25 pages of text......
I'll be getting mine shipped out in the next couple of days. It's been a bit of a busier year this year than in years past.
How about someone create a gallery with just the images of all of the coins once everyone posts them to this thread and then add a link here?
Well no wonder I haven't gotten mine yet. Seems a few Santas got turned around somewhere and can't seem to find the direction they should go in.
I checked the tracking status of the package I sent out and the USPS has it showing "Out for delivery" the other day but they never updated as delivered. I really hope it did not get lost from the recipient's local post office to their house. Anyone ever have this issue? I'm hoping the recipient pops up here soon saying they have it otherwise I'm gonna have to deal with the USPS (I hear they're really no help in such manners).
But it was damaged not sure what all was supposed to be in package but their is two Canadian Penny’s and that is it.
We must all be patient this time of year. My first class package (2-3 day delivery) did not make it in that time frame. Post office is busy, so don't curse your Santa if you haven't gotten it yet (even though I'm cursing mine where's my gift?!?!, just kidding it's good I don't have it so I don't open it too early) I just sent a letter to italy that says it will be delivered faster than my secret Santa gift was/will be... that would be funny.
I think you should post pictures of everything. Maybe that's all Santa sent you? Are they large Canadian cents? Of course it is plausible that things could've been lost. Maybe all that was lost was the note that explained why the Canadian pennies were valuable... then your Santa can determine what's up.
Well I have already been contacted and are working things out. They are making a thread for all our pictures.I will post the pictures of the Canadian Cents when thread is created.
