And we consider this a good thing now? That's what it sounded like when the ANA posted it on their facebook page.

Romania is aggressively pursuing coins that they believe to be part of their "cultural property." Often, they do so without regard to standing customs agreements, by stereotyping the objects as stolen property of the state.
