Received This Toned Beauty

    If you want to take better photos, you might want to use a couple of gooseneck table lamps to illuminate the coin. Place the lamps at 45 degree angles at about 10 & 2 o'clock to the subject so the light bounces away from your camera lens.

    This is the great thing about coin collecting. You just can’t do it wrong. See, I would have sent that back. I am a blast white sorta guy.

    I wouldn’t put much stock in the fact the envelope was sealed. The mint didn’t seal the envelopes.......the envelopes were shipped in a cardboard box. Only the box was sealed. I still have my 1961-64 sets I received directly from the mint......envelopes have never been sealed.

    Oh ya I bought another 61’ to use in my proof set collection. But The Dime, penny, and nickel that came from the same proof set had a lot of nice coloring as well, the quarter was pretty much the only coin in the set that was untouched
