This coin looks very interesting and I have no idea which side is the Obverse and Reverse. The side I have as the Obverse looks to have a horned creature with a spear. The Reverse looks to be people and what looks to be the back end of an arrow in the upper left corner.

The coin is a bronze 17mm.

Would love to see an original in better condition.

    Best Regards,

    Darryl

Can anyone recommend a good book that might help me with this particular coin? I have yet to find an online resource that matches.

    Thanks

I have attached a better photo group to show more detail.

The reverse seems to have a lot going on. I can make out a body facing left with what looks like other people behind him. And arrow goes from left to right through the images of the people. It looks like there may be a bow in the upper right. Some letters are center left.

The obverse is a horned creature holding a spear with NTI below.

I do not want to give up on this, just not sure where else to go.

    Thanks

    Thanks NY,

It is wild to see so many clear examples of overstrikes from this area.

Due to the lack of clarity of mine I will have to assume that this is the case. Wish I could have narrowed it down to a specific time period an type.

    Best Regards,

    Darryl
