The site lagged a tiny bit, but I was done and got my confirmation by about 12:05. I'm impressed with their new site.

I logged in a couple of minutes before 9. Put in my order at 9 with no problems. Was expecting long delays. Great experience with the new website!!

 

Super easy managed to get both my orders posted by 11:04 CST, the new site is awesome other then the fact they discontinued the 10% discount on subscriptions.

 

Was logged in before noon, no waiting rooms or anything. Clicked refresh at noon, clicked on buy 5, then had a slight lag and had to refresh. I had my credit card saved, so was not expecting to need it, but it asked for the code on the back, so had to run and get it really get. Done by about 12:03

 

I was surprised how easy and quick the ordering process was. There was a slight delay, however, the new site is leaps and bounds better than the old site.

 

Agreed - process took me about 2 min at noon. I can only hope their order fulfillment process has improved as drastically as their ordering process has.

I logged on about 15 minutes before the ordering window, updated my CC on file, went to the K13's page and hit refresh. Boom, on the dot they became available! It didn't have my payment info on the checkout page, then that wouldn't load, but 1 refresh later and we're good to go.

No issues here. In and out in less than 5 minutes. However, I have NEVER been sucessful in redeeming a gift card number online. I ALWAYS have to call and talk to a rep. I'm down to my last cert. I told friends/family to stop getting me gift cards from the mint due to this.

The website worked better than it EVER has.

I sent them an email giving kudos... Beats the complaints they probably get all day long.

 

Well, it has shugged down now at 11:50 CDT. Got to confirmation page, it greyed out, and it hasn't continued

 

If anyone is having issues, people are bypassing them by ordering and checking out as a "GUEST", instead of using their accounts.

I went on a few days ago and cleaned up my account and did the required "reset", so all that was behind me. Today I used my account, and it was FAST.

Like I said though, people on the forums that are reporting trouble and freezes, are getting by it all by signing out and processessing as a guest.

Just a heads up. Hope it helps.

 

I hung the first time I hit checkout (probably around 12:05 EDT), but the second time I hit it it went right through, with no undue delays. Maybe they've got it right this time...

 

When was standard shipping ever 2 days? I've been ordering for years and never saw standard shipping as 2 days. On the bright side I've put in 2 orders with the new website & both were processed & shipped within a few days.

 

Not my lucky day, even the mint home page says to try Guest, but when I tried that, it also froze going nowhere.

 

Just ordered 5 sets; 2 for Christmas gifts, one to flip, and 2 for me. Site was fast and had no problems using my own account; no Guest account needed.
