I think I've gotten myself my first true pocket piece. Very evenly worn and it just feels right in the hand. I'm very tempted to carry it myself, but I'm still stuck on identifying it first. These are some basic photos that I was able to grab after the fact that the sunlight had passed, but I'm fairly sure this is an 1888 Morgan. The mintmark seems to be lost to history unless someone here has a way of discovering it on such a worn specimen. If you do, I'm totally open to experiments! I'll upload some [objectively] better photos in the next day or two in the offchance that someone here can help identify this. Im really not planning on nailing this one down, so no sweat if you aren't feeling up for it!
