Thanks. It is unusual that this is noted PL and many I have seen are PL but without the noted as PL graded from PCGS.

Well this is a tough grade as most of these S dies struck a lot of nice PL looking coins. But, only few of the remaining will get the designation.

 

Thanks. Most of the coins are tough graded in the old days compare to them now where I see PCGS has lack and over graded coins and as well as NGC. Also it depends on who is submitting them coins to these companies.

 

Then their standard for PL is stricter than yours.

I didn't meant that mine PL cause I didn't think it should have been PL. It looks like other 80's which has the look as PL. I ain't complaining. Just a thought of why it was PL that is all.
