Hello, I was looking through some penny rolls from the bank for errors and I found this. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. This was taken through a 10x loupe so the l is somewhat visible. If it is indeed an error could someone tell me if its worth anything. Also, Im new to cherry picking any tips on that would be very helpful. Much appreciated, Sam
Sorry to bother you all again but im not getting very good at this. The D seems to be filled in is this an error? Thank, Sam
I've seen the filled in "D" a lot and figured it was an error but since I saw so many of them I was pretty sure it wasn't going to be worth anything.
I have one a 1967 p penny that missing the letter L in Liberty, and if there is anyone what should I do with it please let me know..
Hello Sam my name is David I'm new to this collection but I am trying to learn I go online just to find out what can I learn and so far I am learning a lot I have I was going to do Mark Penny roll and I found this 1984 D Cuesta diesel then and Lincoln doesn't have an l and I was wondering if it is worth anything so if anyone can tell me that anything about that I feel very grateful thank you
Hey guys I’ve found a 1984 penny with out an l in liberty and it’s absolutely not visible from any strike! I’m pretty sure this is a valid error coin please tell me if it’s tru!!!!
I also have a 1984 double D and L missing from LIBERTY with no trace of a strike and on the backside there are letters that are not very visible and would like to know if it has any value
Grease or debris on the Die prevented the L in LIBERTY from showing. It's very common and adds no value.
